Funding provided support for the Stream of Dreams program, which is a non-profit educational program that focuses on teaching community members about the source of their water, how to protect their water, and where their water goes after it has been through their homes and schools.  Importantly, the program provides this education through the scope of the life cycle of Salmon and aquatic animals in general.  The lasting legacy of this program is the installation of up to 700 hand painted fish (painted by members of the community and students) on a fence in the Riggins, Idaho community.
